The main control equipment of the computer quilting machine is industrial computer, with the motion card, step / servo motor and frequency converter, it plays an important control role for the whole machine to be high speed, accurate, and stable operation. Multi axis motion control card is a high performance and low price stepping / servo motor control card based on PC bus. It includes pulse output, pulse count, digital input, digital output and so on. It can send a continuous high frequency pulse string and control the speed of the motor by changing the frequency of the pulse to change the speed of the motor. The number of pulses is sent to control the position of the motor. Pulse counting can be used for position feedback of encoder, providing accurate position of machine and correcting errors generated during transmission. In view of the long time and no stopping operation of the whole machine, and more dust in the field and bad environment, the industrial computer IPC - 586VDNH (GX) of EVOC brand is used as the core of the whole control system, and the coordination function of the motion card and frequency converter is controlled so as to ensure the long and stable operation of the whole system.
